Bond Projects

The Phoenix IDA issues bonds to assist housing, community, manufacturing, and other facilities for community and economic development.

As of June 1, 2011, the Phoenix IDA has over 70 active bond projects representing over $1 billion in outstanding bonds to a variety of community and economic development projects.
